The pomace is distilled according to the “ Tosolini method ” fresh from the harvest to preserve the aromas and scents that reveal a soft, balanced and extremely aromatic grappa. Only the best grapes are selected for this grappa by the Tosolini family exclusively in the Friulian production area. From the fruity aroma and scents, a pleasant grappa with a harmonious aftertaste is obtained.
